Delivery and Returns

UK Delivery

All UK orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail Special Delivery. We dispatch within one working day and your order is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the following day. A signature is required upon delivery.

Worldwide Shipping

We also offer free worldwide shipping. International delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.

Your jewellery is fully insured while in transit and a signature is required on delivery for added peace of mind.

For international customers, please note that import duties or VAT may be charged on arrival. These vary by country, so it's best to check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Returns

Every piece of jewellery we source at Great British Gems is chosen because it makes our heart sing.  If your jewel doesn't spark that same instant love, it simply hasn't found its rightful home yet. Return it to us and we will reunite it with the soul it was meant for. 

If you'd like to return your order then please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. You are responsible for the cost of returns.

Items must come back in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Rings that have been resized or altered, whether by you or us before shipping can't be returned.

Returns and credits are processed within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

UK Returns

If you'd like to return please use Royal Mail Special Delivery service so that the your jewellery reaches us safely. We can't refund items lost or damaged in transit.

International Returns

We recommend using DHL Express International for returns as we can't take responsibility for items that don't reach us. Ensure that your parcel is clearly marked "UK RETURNED GOODS" to avoid extra charges.

Using a tracked and insured service is essential, and accurate customs information helps prevent delays or unexpected fees. If Great British Gems is charged import fees due to incorrect labelling, these will be deducted from your refund. If you're unsure of anything, please get in touch as we are always happy to help.

Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes aren't refunded for orders shipped outside of the UK.
